The conversation
Space to think
it through.
New ideas can raise as many questions as they answer. This consultation is an opportunity to discuss a concept, emerging project, or prospective opportunity before investing more time or resources. We'll explore what's compelling, what remains uncertain, and which considerations may influence your next decision.
Useful for
An early-stage business, research, community, or digital idea.
A project whose scope or direction is still taking shape.
Evaluating an opportunity or comparing possible approaches.
Identifying the questions worth investigating before committing further.
The hour itself
What to expect
A one-on-one, 60-minute discussion about the opportunity you're considering. The session is exploratory: it does not include a business plan, feasibility study, proposal, project specification, or implementation deliverable.
The scope
A conversation.
A clear boundary.
What the session includes
A 60-minute, one-on-one consultation focused on the question or challenge you bring. You'll have direct access to Nickesh's time, experience, and independent professional perspective during that session.
What's not included
The consultation does not include advance research, detailed document review, a written report or action plan, implementation work, or ongoing follow-up. If additional work makes sense, its scope and cost can be discussed separately.
